This event will make sure that your team and candidates get the breathing space to get to know each other on a personal and feelings level.
This event takes 3 hours which includes a 1h workshop on DISC and 2 hours tailored roleplaying game. A total of 3 - 10 participants can join the event where all necessities for bringing an unforgettable moment as food & drinks will be provided.

By analysing the combination of the self-assessments with the observations, you will know which profile is the best long-term fit supplemented by the strenghts and gaps of your team.
