  • Your team and your potential new employees get to discover our stories by verbally collaborating and finding solutions on presented situations. With almost 10 years experience in Role Playing Games we are able to present you a bonding yet challenging experience.

  • The game is best played with a total of 3 - 10 people, ensuring everyone gets his moment to shine and experience the cultural fit. It is recommended to have the majority of players be of your own team.

  • The total event time takes 3 hours, in which 1 hour is a short explanation of the gamemode and psychological basis, and 2 hours are for the game itself.

  • The complete process costs €1500 (Excl. VAT). This includes (1) the self-assessments for all of your team members and your candidates, (2) a tailored social session of 3 hours including food & drinks, (3) a report including psychological and statistical group analysis with recommendations and lastly a follow-up meeting in which questions get answered.

  • Even though feelings and intuition of the team play a very big role in the selection of your new team member, sometimes you need that extra edge, to see if you need more of a cultural fit or ad. Due to this, the report gives you a complete overview of your team highlighting strengths and weaknesses, gaps and interrelational analysis.

  • This is definitly possible, and what's even better about it, you'll always receive a new experience with a brand new story.
